As stated above,You need the calculator app so before that you cant get smeargle.So choose piplup as your starter and it should learn pound get the AR codes to walk thru walls and avoid all traners ti Jublifie.Smeargle desperately needs pound.
Sine you need the poketch app.Go to jubilife nd get smeargle lvl 4
naive is the best nature here but meh.Let it sketch pound and catch it if it has own tempo,release it if it has technician,its GG.pound will have a base 80power with technician whisch is quita a number.Train smeargle to lvl 11 and it should learn sketch.Now face your rival.

What to do:kill starly with pound and sketch absorb it should have a base 40 power with technician.
Then kill of turtwig with pound.

After you leave Jublifie beat ALL trainers and go to the mining place.Train there and you should be lvl 16 or so.That said,go to the GYM oh and if you didnt sketch pound,only water gun,then after this gym sketch karate chop from machop.

ER HEM!!! JUST ABSORB THE HELL OUTTA THEM!!!.geodude is killed onix is killed and cranidos is killed in 3 turns.
Now,that said,you should be level 20 at LEAST.K now after the gym battle head to Eterna city,but it should be on your city/town map.Beat all trainers there but wait,there is a jogger you MUST battle.
He only has a staravia.But it has a crucial move,wing attack,You can sketch it OR endeavor.
When you reach Eterna city,you should be level 26.Fight the gym leader and ALL gym ppl.
It should be fairly easy because of wing attack.Now,you wont be sketching a move for a LONG time.So,were moving on in this guide,Next gym,Hearthome city!!!!First the cycling road.It is fairly easy absorb all pikachus and pound everything else.You should level up at least once.You should be level 25.Beat all trainers to Mt. coronet and pass through.You should be in a route that looks smewhat like a swatiska.Beat all trainers you can reach and pass through Mt. Coronet again.
After this,there are trainers around the entrance to Hearthome.Beat them all.If you have followed according to me,you should at LEAST be level 28.After you meet your mom and blah,take the gym challenge,battle all trainers and heal if you have too.(get some X attacks and speeds)
Finally,we face Fantina.

beware of sucker punch.Then if you were level 31 as I was,you will learn sketch.This is optional.Get a HM slave out.Switch out.Let it get killed by shadow ball.If you are lucky you can sketch shadow ball if you want.The other option is to kill mismagius with wing attack.

This sounds impossible but smeargle can learn every move in the game but base 20 sp attack and attack does seem hopeless gl.
