What kind of tournament is this? I mean by tier. Just so i can prepare my self for the rounds.

Its gonna test everyones skill. So First Round is NFE and Second is NU, Third is UU, everything after that is OU. Champ has to be flexible and know how to pwn/luck out on every tier ;D
