Elite 4 - #1 Never Used : SuperSVD

Looks like you have been able to beat all of our gym leader . Well this is where you really test out your battling skills, Pokerupt's Elite 4. To conquer us you must be able to beat our top players in their best tier and I'm telling you right now, it WILL be difficult.

I'm the Elite 4 #1. To get past me, you will have to beat my in the NU tier so you don't have to worry about gay ass pokemon like Scizor, Blissey, etc. You don't even have to worry about the most used UU pokemon like Venasaur, Missmagius, etc. Here you will use Pokemon you most likely never used in your battles.
