I'm looking forward most to Mass Effect 3, The Darkness II, and Skyrim.

I'm hoping for an announcement of Half Life Episode 3, Borderlands 2 (though I don't know what the company's at at the moment), and Timesplitters 4.

Thanks for the link, but I've gotta be studying today for a while. Tests start in two days, so I can't watch it live. I'll keep an eye on X360A afterwards, though, I guess..

[This is regarding Mass Effect 3, mostly]

I would edit this to make it more suitable for this page, but I'm busy watching the live stream. Ergo, some things might be referencing something that's already covered here, or something on the other page that makes no sense here. Anyway, here's the summary of what I saw, copy/pasted.

Pretty much all that they announced so far is that they will have announcements to announce throughout the week. Also, they insinuated you don't have to use a controller if you have Natal, and also claimed that this would be the best in the series so far. They'd obviously say that, though.

I saw Shepard talking to Mordin, though he was not in the squad at the time. Mording was apparently stuck somewhere, and Shepard was able to see him through a transparent panel, where Mordin was at a control panel of sorts.

'Shepard, we got company!' shouts a Krogan voice (which I believe was Grunt's), who also wasn't in the squad with generic male Shepard. A huge suit of armour soon comes crashing through the roof, softening its fall with some sort of awesome-looking blue-streak jet pack as it falls from the sky. And is lands, it points its two humanoid arm-guns in different directions, where two characters (I assume to be Shepard's squad mates), a Turian and Human, back away from the machine far too slowly to be seriously taken as Ashley and Garrus, who I believe they look like, as it could well have opened fire on them if it wanted.

We can see inside the suit, where a human is clearly on the inside of the large machine, which is acting like an exoskeleton for you, so you get the satisfaction of killing somebody when you destroy one of these things, unlike the Heavy Mechs. It points one of its weapons as Shepard and opens fire, a missile of sorts fires in Shepard's direction, who makes one of his awesome new dives to get out of the way, and then it zooms in of something cool, and I'm getting distracted by the live videos, but it ends there.

I've heard that the part I missed at the start of the video is that the person playing the game had the choice of using Natal/Kinect to speak Shepard's lines instead of just choosing them from the list, or something. Need to confirm, and stuff.

Ghost Recon video gave me a new found respect for Kinect/Natal, though. Awesome construction.deconstruction of the weapons, and the firing was cool, though the moving of teh main character was a little bit not as cool. Anyway, I'mma post, try to watch as much as I can, and inevitably be told to go study.

EDIT:
I've got clarification that you read out the Shepard line, and Shepard then reads out his version. Slightly weird, but then I've also been told that the user told Liara to use Singularity, and she did. That sounds awesome.

EDIT #2:
What was I saying again?

Oh, yeah. Minecraft. Exclusive to Xbox, and possibly exclusive to Kinect/Natal, but.. awesome!

Ooh, ooh, one thing, though. They said that, with Kinect, you can scan objects in for use in-game. That's presumably only a theoretical possibility until a particular game makes something intractable with it. But does that mean it wont be used in the meantime?

Because I don't care if you all say it's gay, I want to scan in some of my plushies and add them as an item for my avatar. ^w^

Ooh, ooh, look at this, too. This is some pretty awesome weapon customisation for the new Ghost Recon.
Spoiler:
I'm hoping that the Mass Effect weapon customisation (which they also have said will go very detailed) will take a leaf out of Recon's book. =3

Wish I played more video games.

Unless you've seen something I haven't, I was only making speculation. I don't know that they will release one now, but I know that they did say that a possible sequel was a 'no-brainer', considering how successful the last one was. There's been nothing i know of announced so far, though they did copyright the name 'Borderworlds' some time ago.
