God, I love this set it has saved my ass so many times seed flare is a simply amazing moves providing a huge STAB while at the same time having a nice 40% chance to drop an opponents sp def by 2 stages ( cut in half ex. 350 = 175) earth power helps against bulky steel types such as Heatran,Magnezone,Jirachi and the few scarce electrics in ou (Jolteon,Electivire). Hp Ice or Hp fire that is the question as we all know scizor runs rampant in this metagame and hp fire is a sure ohko on him which helps because of shaymins weakness to bug type moves (bug bite). on the other hand all 3 dragon in ou are ohkoed by hp ice most of which have sweeping potential if you do opt for hp fire then air slash is a nice filler move that allows you to hit dragons for at least neutral damage and if you run hp ice air slash is a nice neutral hit to scizor (as is earth power)

This thing is amazing its 115 base speed is one of the best in ou and its extremely diverse move pool allows you to hit almost any pokemon for at least neutral damage surf is a nice stab move but hydro pump can turn some of those 2hkos to ohkos which can be useful in trying to sweep your opponents team Thunderbolt is to stop bulky water types from trying to set up on you. ice beam is for those pessky dragons that everyone hates :] and finnaly grass knot to take care of swampert who is immune to thunderbolt.

this is a new tyranitar set im trying out with the sandstorm Sp D boost this thing hits 478 sp def which is flat out amazing and with its not bad hp (base 100) not to mention its 110 defense most people dont realize how viable tyranitar is as a wall and after 1-2 boosts from iron defense it is completely monstrous. Stone edge and crunch for STAB and toxic to FU*K up walls that switch into t tar exptecting to wall it out

kinda standerd gengar used mainly as a scout to see what scarf pokemon are about to use protect aslo helps it against threats such as tyranitar/scizor that sometimes carry pursuit you can simply protect and if they use pursuit pick them off with the appropriate move (focus blast or Hp fire) if they do not then simply switch out
