Updates to the forum

Deleted all the pokemon icons(and remain unreplaced as of yet)
Deleted old ranking system and implemented new ranking system
Custom Ranks were also deleted. No more Grammar Nazi :[
These ranks are shown as stars and are now added automatically.
-10-99 posts - 1 star
-100-249 posts - 2 stars
-250-499 posts - 3 stars
-500-999 posts - 4 stars
-1000+ posts - 5 stars
-Doesn't apply to mods/admins They will have Rupt Admin or Rupt Moderator as their rank(soon to have an image as well)
Merged various forum/categories to condense the size of the forum
Changed the name of various forums/categories and some topics

Things to come

Default picture for users without an avatar
Moving and deleting ALOT of topics
Avatar for moderator/admin rank as well as new name colors
Group gaming events. May involve prizes.. maybe.
Better HTML pages
New themes (Halloween/General/Christmas)
Advertising Campaign for new members

Also, I might dick around with the admin panel for the next couple days. Throwing science at the wall to see what sticks. So if it looks off, ignore it and go about your business. I'll announce the day I'm gonna leave it as is.

You can help by becoming a volunteer moderator for the duration of this site update but you'll actually have to do shit, every day. Performance will be taken into account and you may end up with a permanent mod position at the end
