w000t! 5th generation is confirmed now and the 2 new pokemon games are pokemon black and white.

Pokémon Black & Pokémon White

A couple of hours ago, the official website updated with the first details of the 5th generation Pokémon games due for release on the Nintendo DS this Autumn/Fall. These games are to be shown in CoroCoro and Pokémon Sunday and are known as Pokémon Black (ポケットモンスターブラック) and Pokémon White (ポケットモンスターホワイト ). Further details about these games are not yet known but we will have them as soonas they are out

The fifth-generation Pokémon game has been announced! At least, the titles for the next generation have been announced -- Pokémon Black and White are the next pair of Pokémon games, to be released this fall on DS in Japan. Nintendo's going for relatively simple colors after things like "HeartGold" and "Pearl." And ... that's pretty much all we know. Of course, given the way the series works, we can all kind of guess exactly how this will play. Or maybe not: a note on the Pokemon home page promises that "every aspect will be reborn innovatively," according to our translation.

The first new creature from this generation has already been revealed as a sort of teaser: Zoroark, the Monster Fox Pokémon. The teaser site indicates that we'll know more April 15.

I would go for Black as it seems cooler

They need to slow the pace of the regions lol.
Kanto Region - 5 Years - Johto
Sinnoh - 1 Year - To next region i mean its going fast.

there maybe a remake of pokemon ruby and sappire. as it seems that it the formula for remakes is 2 generations later.

more pokemon means more challenges but really, what can beat the god of gods Arceus. they might make a story that this lengendary pokemon was around at the same time as Arceus and it is Arceus' main enemy

Uhh..... gen five i bet it'l be worse then gen four pokemon (i mean come on stunky and GOD really. how can they think of something stupider, but they will) But as a pokefan im cursed to get it im going for white. You know they name the regions after ones in japan so once they run out what are they gonna name the regions. I bet they went back to colors cause they fialy relized they where naming games after rocks.

as if japan keeps white anyway if it WAS black then they wouldn't be racist they'd be spreading race stuff or whatever

no they just couldnt think of anymore rocks so they named them after colors like red yellow blue

lol whats the game after black and white? Caramel? Mexican?they will eventually run out of colors and pick brands like Pokemon Toshiba or Pokemon Wal-Mart. Nah jk but they will run out.
